They were extremely hardworking, fast, and efficient! They were nice, friendly, and had the best attitudes. I was impressed with how well they organized and loaded our storage bin. There is no way we could have done it without them. We are definitely requesting them next time we move --which is soon in the future. Great job!

PackSmart did a great job. I booked them for two hours but was prepared to need to add an extra hour on. I did not! They were able to get everything that would fit into the pod in two hours on the nose. Unfortunately, I couldn't get everything in the POD, but that wasn't their fault. Bill and his crew did a great job of packing the POD tight and maximizing the space. They were quick, efficient, and careful. There was no damage to my goods or to my house. Only negative - they were a little late - however, I can't hold that against them. The customer before them took longer than expected, and it is their policy to finish the job once they start it. I can appreciate that, especially if I had needed the same consideration. All in all, 5 stars. I'd absolutely recommend them or use them again.

The team managed to put more into a PODS unit than we expected. They were very helpful and courteous and exercised caution and care in packing up the POD to ensure items would be secure during transit.
