The 3 man unloading crew started the job off by showing up early and ready to work! They called to let me know they would be there shortly and when they learned I was already trying to move some items they told me to STOP and let them handle everything! They came, viewed the moving area and went straight into action! They were polite, respectful, hard working and took time to ask where I wanted things placed. They worked efficiently and helped me meet a time deadline! I would hire them again in a second and recommend them to everyone I know! It was such a pleasurable experience!

The service was just okay and I hate giving this rating because the two men who showed up arrived early and worked hard at unloading my stuff into the house. They were both very kind too. My disappointment is in the fact that the boxes were placed without attention to what was written. I found a clothing wardrobe box and a few others entirely upside down, and heavy boxes stacked on top of clearly marked fragile ones. The boxes were also haphazardly placed without strategy as I needed my stuff mostly put in one room while the rest of the house is getting renovated. To me, it is was not worth the price.

Chris and Dre did a phenomenal job. If it were possible to Rate over a 5 Star it would be a 10. They were professional and very personable. I've had good experiences with other movers in the past; however, TBC provided exceptional service and made my move very relaxing for me. They took excellent care in moving all of my items. They took the time to ensure the covers and shrink wrap was on all furniture prior to moving it. And the way they stacked the POD was truly fantastic ??. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone who has an upcoming move. Thank you Chris and Dre.
