The City's Moving guys not only showed up on time, they were early! They were really professional, not letting me pick up anything heavy. If I didn't insist, I'm sure they would not have let me help at all. They were very careful with all my stuff. The only thing I will say is that they were a little slower and went overtime by an hour. In the long run, it was totally worth it and I highly recommend their service.

They were on time, and got right to work. They brought extra wrapping blankets and tools. They kept up the pace and got the job done when I expected. I would use them again.

I hired three guys for three hours. They unloaded my furniture from my storage unit in 45 minutes and took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to unload the truck and carry it up two flights of stairs. The guys were very courteous, friendly, and arrived at the storage unit before I did. I do recommend City's Moving.

they worked really hard. the only problem was that they showed up an hour late, and they didnt even call to say that they were going to be late, but besides that they did a great job!

WARNING: They charge you extra for "supplies" and it's not only that they charge you more than the store but also how much they use.
Were they on time? I asked them to come earlier and they did.
Were they prepared for the job? Yes, up to the teeth in tape, blankets, and extra boxes to charge you for!
Did they work hard? Yes
Where they respectful of your property and goods? Yes, except for what they broke!
Would you use them again? No
Since we've moved sevral times, we already had bottled water for the movers, plenty of moving blankets, plastic wrap, and tape for the movers to use for our move. We ended up getting charged to use their moving blankets, which were supposed to be free for local moves. They did use our moving cling wrap on our bigger items, but also made sure to cover that with tape too, Cha Ching! As far as the actual move, how long do you thing it would take three (3) movers to move a 2 BR APT into a 3-level townhouse 21 miles away? TRY 8 HOURS... and we all know how much extra time costs... EXTRA!

I had some very heavy objects to move in excess of 400 lbs. They showed up on time and were able to move everything up stairs and out to my trailer without damage. The whole job was done in just 1/2 hr. and they had everything they needed.
I would be happy to use them again.

The driver/supervisor tried to charge me extra ($25) for the use of a dolly that I requested and was included in my original price quote for the job. He also wanted me to pay him in cash for the extra time that they worked which was less than half an hour. I ended up charging the additional time to my credit card by calling your customer service number. I did not pay the driver/supervisor anything more. The two laborers did a good job but they were forced to work the entire day by the supervisor without a lunch break. We gave the two workers and the supervisor food and drink when they finished the job. The company needs to treat their day laborers with more respect, regardless of the fact that they may be in the country illegally.

Our movers are the face of our company. the ones that are going to spend most time with the client's .our training program in customer etiquette, company policies and of course train them how to pad, load, protect foors, door jams, how to pack, how to inventory, all the stuff that goes along with moving.
