1. After calling me the night before to request the time be changed from 8am to 6am, HE was not on time.
2. I requested and paid for TWO movers because there was no way one person would be able to unload all of my items, but he was alone.
3. He did not come with the equipment that was needed in order to complete the unloading.
4. Because he was trying to get some help the unloading did not start until 7:30am. And that was only possible because the person driving my truck was open to assisting him.
5. When he was done, he commented that he knew things didn't go well, but asked that I please not give him a bad review.
I would NEVER use them again!

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life... and the company tried to stand behind the pathetic performance and put the problem of their utter incompetence on me.
