The three movers arrived early at my new townhome to unload my storage unit. They unloaded it in under 1 hour, which gave me an additional hour to reload my second unit at another location. Upon arrival at the second location, they removed all elements from the second unit and rearranged it according to my specifications. Once we had the larger pieces situated, I asked them to put all the boxes into the unit, which they did efficiently and in a timely fashion. In fact, they packed it exponentially better than my first movers. It was wonderful. I would recommend them again.

These boys were very polite and kind. They also were incredible packers. I've never seen a vehicle/storage unit packed so tightly.
My only complaint was their timeliness. We ended up going 1.25 hours over the booked 2 hours.
Let me be clear, I do not blame the boys for this.
Instead, I think the moving company needs to provide some supervision or instruction on how to balance timeliness with packing quality. I was once these guy's age and had to learn from more seasoned workers how to balance quality and time in my work in a similar line of work. It's not about lack of capability, just guidance.
Additionally, I wasn't aware of the official start time which made it difficult to gauge when to dismiss the help to avoid additional time charges. However, I do appreciate that the company only billed me for additional time in quarter hour increments.
My recommendations would be
1. Kindly offer instruction and help to younger workers about how to balance moving efficiency and packing quality.
2. Clearly indicate with the customer what the start time was and regularly communicate about additional hourly charges when they approach.

The team was prompt and had great communication skills. They made fast work of unloading my pod and even had time to put the mirror on the dresser. They were very respectful of both me and my home. I will definitely use them again!

The guys were friendly, fast and efficient. They damaged a few things, with improper tactics. (A big lamp with a huge shade, that they stacked things in top of.??)

We had a great experience! The two guys that came were only scheduled to help for 2 hours and then stayed until the job was finished and worked so hard the entire time! They were so meticulous in making sure everything fit into the pods and took very good care of our furniture! Highly recommend!!
