Early arrival without a phone call in advance, in turn, they had to wait. Otherwise, they did a great job & there weren't any communication issues.

We placed the request on Thursday afternoon and they replied and confirmed for the next morning.The guys were on time for the job and ready to go when they arrived. They worked really hard unloading our moving van and carrying everything up to our 3rd floor apartment. They were super friendly and respectful. The crew showed up on time and ready to get to work. They started right away and worked hard loading our stuff into our truck. We hired a 3 person crew for 4 hours and they were able to load our 12,000 pounds onto the truck in 4.5 hours. We were pleased that they showed up on time and worked straight through until the job was done. They worked hard and didn't take breaks. Unfortunately, we found when we got our stuff delivered at destination, they did not pack the truck as well as we expected. The load shifted, and had room to shift due to it not being packed in as well as it could have. The one piece of furniture we were most concerned about getting to our destination whole, did not make it. It was a desk/hutch set. Because they did not save any boxes to support the hutch, it slid off the desk in transit and broke. Also, many of my boxes, clearly marked "this side up" for various reasons were not placed on the truck that way. There were boxes marked "top load" in the middle of box stacks. My brand new bike was scratched in multiple places because they didn't use anything to separate it from a workbench. They used some leftover boxes to separate our lawnmower from rubbing our bedroom furniture, but the boxes slipped and the furniture was rubbed anyway. I think they could have done a much better job of being respectful of our property.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all valuables (money, jewelries, etc.) and medicine or medication. Label boxes for which room it is going to which will make everything a breeze in unloading.
What types of moves have you handled?
All of them. Local, long distance, office relocations, corporate relocations, military moves, special equipment/ special item moving (piano, pool tables, safes, antiques, memorable items)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Each job is different. There’s a never an identical house with the same items.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Teaching them on the most overlooked and common mistakes. How to cover delicate items, how to properly wrap each item. We have made several videos of wrapping items such as sofas, TV’s, bed sets, etc. and offer those videos for training.
