Prompt, professional, polite, and quick to get our belongings out of a shipping container into our house. Dealt with a hillside house and its unending flights of stairs up to and within the house with ease and care. Had a few heavy/bulky bits of furniture that needed to go to rooms with tights squeezes or tiny staircases and they handled it all without any problems -- even reassembled our king bed frame (needed to be taken apart to get upstairs) without having to request it. Would use Them Movers again 100 times out of 100.

They drove two hours for our move and arrived exactly when they were scheduled. Our truck was late, but they got to work anyway getting things from inside into the parking area to then load later. Very pleasant, very efficient. They did gouge a bit of linoleum with our washing machine, but it wasn't too noticeable. The reason we had to mark them down was due to some damage we had on our nicest furniture, which we specifically asked to be protected and packed well. As we unpacked the truck I found a few of these pieces completely unprotected by anything, while other furniture that was much less valuable was protected with moving blankets. The unprotected pieces had some dents and dings which were easily repaired, but I wish they had wrapped up the items as asked. I would use them again, but would purchase many more moving blankets and be more watchful of my important pieces.

Them movers was just wonderful. They made sure that all of my items got loaded into the container and were very careful with all of my stuff. I plan to use these movers to move into my new home and would highly recommend them.

Our helpers, Rain, Jordan, and Luke, arrived on time. They first took a few minutes to walk through the house and assess what we had to put in the POD. We were initially very nervous about how many of our belongings would fit in the 16’ POD. We really thought a good number of the items wouldn’t make it. They reassured us that they will fit in as many as possible. Watching them work was a pleasure. They were both cheerful and hardworking. They were so skillful at using every possible inch of space. They fit all the pieces like a puzzle and that there were no gaps. They were also very careful not to damage any item and not to scratch our walls, floors, or doors. They were very respectful. We had hired them for 3 hours; however, they were so efficient that they totally completed the job in just 2 hours! And that’s with moving a few very heavy items! I wish these 3 helpers were available in the state we are moving to because my husband and I would definitely hire them to help us unload the POD. We would very highly recommend them to others. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.

We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
