Our move was in the evening and they stayed late until the job was completed. They took great care of protecting our belongings and our home!

They had no clue how to pack a moving truck!! I keep finding broken items!!! The list is increasing and I will be filing for damages!!! It tock the 7 hours and they didn't complete the job. My neighbors helped me unpack a quarter of the truck and repack it!! I found over $700 of firearm supplies and a $200 shotgun barrel they never loaded!!! I would use them again if I was Dead!!!!

Although they did a good job and we tipped them for their work, they tried to scam their way to a free meal. The move was in a Senior Apartment that has a central cafeteria. After the move was completed, they went to the cafe and asked to get a free meal. The policy there is that non-residents have to pay $5 each. They said that they only had $2 which was a lie because of the tip we gave them. The other mover left the room and came back and tried again to get a meal by saying that the manager told them it was OK. The kitchen staff knew that wasn't the case. Lie # 2. They then came back to us and complained that the cafe charged them $10 which was lie #3. While their work was good, their actions afterward were appalling and created a very bad impression with everyone.

We had them come to work on Father's day so they were a bit late but well within the window of the original arrival time. The workers were polite and very hard working and finished everything we asked for early. I would use them again.

Helpful Movers really stepped up to the plate. While in Detroit over the Memorial holiday we had to do a last minute next day move. Helpful Movers came and did an outstanding job. They were prompt, courtesy and took their job very seriously and this took the pressure off of us. We will definitely us them again if ever we need movers in the Detroit area.

They came ready to move, and were very professional. They were motivated and put me at ease. We ended up having to make two trips though, and halfway through the time I think they got tired. After about three hours we came back for the second load, and I did feel sort of rushed. They seemed like they wanted to hurry up, and they did leave an hour and a half early. They arrived around 2:25pm and left at7:00pm. That bothered me a little but I could tell they were over it and wanted to be done so I didn't say anything. I still say they did a good job, and would reccomend for the price but I still paid for the six hours. They just told me to move the tv's and the glass from my tables and the mirror, myself so it wouldn't break(but I had moving pads) then they sort of just threw the boxes on the truck. It was different than when they first got there at that point. I guess because we had two trips, but I only moved ten minutes away and I also tried to help move smaller things myself. They were good, not excellent. And I would probably still use them again because it was a lot cheaper than most moving companies. they acted very professional and also had a good sense of humor which I liked. I think they were just tired at the end. The supervisor guy was the best one. He was really good. The quiet one was pretty good and the other guy was kinda lazy at times. I guess since I had three not two guys that more than made up for that. Still over all I say four out of five stars.

They are very jolly, and upbeat people. Very professional. I felt very safe. But make sure to dismantle and take the drawers out of your furniture so they are not too heavy for them to carry. Otherwise, too heavy furniture might get ruined. They might be able to lift heavy furniture but it might get ruined or break a joint. Also make sure to wrap shrink wrap around your delicate big furniture item to keep them safe. Just my 2 cents.
