They were on time, hard working, very respectful and friendly, and all around did a fantastic job. They got a 16 foot pod completely unpacked in just under two hours, and that's with my condo being on the second floor and having to move washer and dryer and all!

Movers were late, didn’t know what they were doing, and moved very little in three hours. They did not bring the supplies and tools that they said they would and damaged some of my furniture. When I saw that things weren’t going well, I immediately called the owner who didn’t answer his phone the entire three hours so the problems could be rectified before the time was over. It was the worst moving experience we have ever had. The owner, when I finally got ahold of him, offered to send a different crew the next day, for a discounted rate, but our Pods were scheduled to be picked up and we couldn’t wait another day. I DO NOT recommend Mighty Utah Movers. Sidebar: I called several days before our scheduled move and asked if we could hire extra movers for our move. The owner suggested that the two movers hired could just go until it was done, past the three hours. One of those movers had never moved anything before. He was worthless. It was a horrible and stressful experience. Movers are supposed to make it all a bit more manageable. It turned our day into a nightmare! And of course the owner didn’t care to reimburse, fix, or replace the damaged furniture.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After a customer books with us, we will give them a follow up call within 24 hours prior to their booking. We will go over the details and the needs of their move and confirm all of the information. We will then send them reminders and a liability agreement via email prior to the move. If the customer has questions about our service/their booking/billing, they are welcome to reach out to our customer service line.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When moving day comes, we will send out a email with all the details of the move as well as a phone call/text from our team leader confirming the time and address. Once we arrive for the move, we will once again go over our liability form to make sure everyone is on the same page. Then, you can leave it up to us to get everything loaded and packed, or you can join in and assist if desired.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Depending on what your needs are, we can either pack your home for you or you can have everything boxed up and labeled ready for us to move it from your home to the truck. We can provide blankets and padding for an additional cost.
What types of moves have you handled?
I have done long distance, short distance, offices and museums. Anything you can think of, I have probably moved it. I have learned a lot through my experience moving customers and I am excited to serve you with whatever your needs are.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is having the opportunity to meet new people everyday. It also gives me a good feeling knowing that I am there to help families out on their big and stressful day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Far too many movers end up getting injured through improper lifting techniques, so one thing we pride ourselves on is teaching our employees proper techniques and provide them with proper tools to move heavy equipment/belongings. In addition to this, we teach them how to properly pack moving trucks so that damage does not occur during the move from house to house. We also provide training in how to protect the houses from damage while moving large items.
