Great experience! Arrived on time, even though we were at a hard to reach property. They brought their own tools and moved all of our items with care, quickly and efficiently.
We hired them to help unload a moving truck into our home and a storage unit on the property. Despite the heat and the smokey air, they were friendly and helpful. They were also helpful in pointing out some issues and pulling aside smashed boxes that were due to incorrect packing from the movers (from a different company) that we hired to load our truck.
I've added them to my contacts and will be using them for all my future moving needs.

I've moved many times in my career and had a history of bad service and damaged items with past companies so I was reluctant to try another but I really needed the help. To my amazement, the Burnett guys were truly a Wonderful contrast to others! Burnett Moving Services accommodated my rescheduling issue with respect and understanding. They informed me through text when they were arriving and were prompt. The 2 guys were very polite, very hard working and extremely careful with my items. They were conscientious about narrow spaces to avoid door or wall dings. Whenever there was a question as to where I wanted something placed, they asked. When they saw me move or carry something, they'd offer help and even helped me to put my bed frame and dining table together when I couldn't find my wrench. Honestly, I have never had such a good moving experience outside of friends helping. Burnett company is my new moving friend. I highly recommend them. They are worth every dime.
