When I got to my place to unload the truck, I found a lot of things that were loaded not to my instructions; some items needed to be unloaded first and I found them deep inside the truck. I also found about 3 items that were broken or damaged. I am very unhappy about your service; that I paid a lot of money for such bad service. My wife and I helped your 2 guys for the whole 2 hours that it took. We helped bring items to the truck for them to pack and even gave them some expensive items that we could not take with us. Would NOT use this service again. They were on time and they were prepared for the job but they could of done better for the price!
Your review of Utopia Movers stands in direct contrast to all other reviews. Utopia Movers takes Pride in catering to the clients needs. If clients read your review carefully they will see the contradiction. You stated your truck was loaded wrong when in Fact we loaded the truck from a storage unit with you present the whole time and going off your instructions and help. You correctly stated you helped bring items to load on the truck. I rest my case. Karma is Rough. Take Care

These guys were GREAT! They showed up on time and worked very hard to get everything done in a timely fashion! Moving out of a rental property can be a nightmare, however Utopia Movers treated all of our belongings and townhouse like they were their own. Hands down these guys are the best considering what other movers charge don't waste your time or money and book with Utopia Movers! Thanks again guys! Mr. Jones will take great care of you! I wish you and yours the best and people like you are the reason why my move back down south was a breeze!

Utopia movers are amazing! We had a surprisingly difficult move due to last minute troubles with parking. They quickly came up with a solution, worked extra fast to get everything off the truck so we would avoid getting another parking ticket, and were friendly and smiling the entire time. I do not know what we would have done without them! Even though they were working extra fast, they were still very respectful of all of our things, asking where they should be placed in the house and taking care not to scratch the walls or the furniture. Overall, they were very thorough, fast, and are wonderful people to be around. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly!
