They were not on time. They were not prepared for the job. 2 of the 3 did work hard. They didn't seem experienced and didn't treat our things respectful. I would never use them again, never. We called and explained our frustration and were overcharged for the job. We ordered and got a confirmation for 4 helpers but only got 2. Our whole schedule was ruined, it was a horrible experience.

They sent two very capable men who knew how to proceed without supervision. They were careful, courteous and extremely efficient. They unloaded an entire 26' truck in two hours.

They were late... Which ended up being ok because out PACK RAT pods were late as well. They were there 5 hours past the estimated time and still had to come back the next day to finish. Everything was already packed and organized for an easy move that turned into a disaster. Cost us twice as much and 2 days rather than the estimated 4-5 hours. It should not have been this long of a pack job. I hired 2 men and a truck to move me into this house and it took 3.5 hours. The second day we had to unpack our pod to try and fit the rest of our stuff in and realized they had ruined 2 end tables. We are going to be unpacking our pods in a month and I am very nervous to see the other damage. Would not recommend them at all!!!

Packed things they weren't supposed to. Did not pack things they were asked too and did not use the special dish packing boxes i purchased especially for packing my wife's china. Did not label boxes as requested. My 14 year old son had to show them how to use a tape gun. The helpers were supposed to be college and medical students and did not have any moving experience and acted like they had just been picked up off a street corner. No call backs when called to complain and $137.00 my son had in his back pack went missing.

Guys showed up on time and were very freindly 7 respectful. Quickly evaluated items to be moved, followed our instructions perfectly and promtly went to work. Would not hesitate to use them again

They did not know how to get my refrigerator out of the house. It was routine and a professional moving company should have known how to handle. I had to help them and when I did, they ended up dropping my refrigeriator. They then proceeded to blame me for dropping it. I should not have been asked to help them in the first place. They took a 15 min' break after working 45 minutes. I only had them for 2 hours. They seemed to be hardworking at first but the job went south real fast.
