Nathaniel and Steve were very knowledgeable about loading and packing. They were very efficient, pleasant and valuable. This was my first time using this service and based on the results these two helpers provided, I see this as a great value.

They did show up on time I'll give them that! They were nice enough young guys but not very clean. We had tons of rope available for them to tie down the load but they used very little of it. When I questioned them about the way they were loading the POD they told me they knew what they where doing and that my property was important to them. I estimated it would take 2 hours to load the receptionist said I needed 3 so I booked (and paid for) 3 hours. It was loaded in 2 hours. When the POD arrived and the delivery driver opened it and said whoever loaded this should be shoot! Of course this was a figure of speech but you get the point! I am heartsick! I have so much damage and breakage I don't know where to begin.

Excellent service. On time (a little early even!) -- everything was unpacked with time to spare. I felt bad because I had many boxes of books and some heavy furniture but they prioritized and were able to get everything up, no problem! I would recommend 3 B Helpers to anyone looking to move in or out of Pittsburgh!!!!!
