They confirmed and came on time to my parent's storage locker. They were mindful of my grandmother's antique furniture and carefully loaded it onto trailer. They helped unload the items at my parent's home. They were courteous to my parents during the process. My only negative is when they were asked if bed was assembled they indicated yes. My mom should have clarified because the head board was not attached to the bed and she had to get additional help to lift the frame (craftmatic bed) onto the head board. When I contacted the office, staff was willing to send someone out to help but it was already done. It was a nice offer.

Excellent work. PrCame on time. Provide 3 guys at 2 guy rate. Courteous guys; especially moving boxes & furnishings up a number of steps into our townhome. I would highly recommend these guys anytime.

These guys were GREAT: they showed up on time, worked really hard, were really friendly, took extra good care of our stuff, and finished the job in just over an hour (to unload a truck for a one-bedroom apartment). I would highly recommend them.
