Arrived a little ahead of scheduled arrival time.
They worked constantly from time of arrival to departure. Did a good job of not scraping/marking walls when moving large items. Were not attentive to handling fragile items or room locations clearly marked on boxes. Did not follow my request to use the front door only for entry and exit.

I hired 3 people through CHAZ & CREW. They were timely, helpful, extremely capable, and a lot of fun to work with. I hate moving but I would definitely hire CHAZ & CREW again if I need more help in the area in the future.

Would highly recommend! They were on time, started immediately and were extremely delightful. Had everything moved from my 3rd floor apartment in no time. And they must be some kinda of loading geniuses. I couldn't believe how perfectly the trailer was packed! And absolutely ZERO damage!!! Look no further, these are the movers you NEED!

This staff was disappointing. One of the men was organized but the other two were arguing with each other the whole time. First off, they dropped my $3k TV and broke it. Secondly, they dropped my sofa and chipped both countertops, which I had to pay to fix. They also broke my bookshelf which I had to throw out. I’m disappointed and upset. These 2 hours cost me thousands in damages.

The movers were very good and really had fun together too. They showed up on time and called to give a few minutes notice. I was very impressed as they just got things done quickly, efficiently and with a smile and politeness. Would recommend them and we were thankful for their great service.

They called ahead to give me an ETA, showing on time. They wasted no time, starting moving immediately. They wore face masks at my request (when setting up the visit) due to the ongoing pandemic. They showed up, which is amazing given the current situation in Philadelphia. They took great care to not damage my belongings nor the walls and doorways. This was the least amount of stress I’ve felt in the past 4 days, so thanks guys!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
