Kangaroo Movers were able to take my job on very short notice. I was moving a family member and was bit able to be preset for the move. Upon arrival, the job was much more involved than I knew and more than they had committed to, but they sprung into action and competed all the extra work I needed. Alex Yehorov kept in contact wit meh me throughout the day with calls, pictures and FaceTime. I cannot thank Alex and Andrew C enough for their professionalism and communication through this stressful time for me. Much appreciated!!

We were completely satisfied with the service we received from Alex & Ernie this afternoon. They showed up before the scheduled time of 12noon. While the job went over 30 min, we were grateful they were willing to stay and complete the job we asked of them, we had no issues paying the extra time.

My expectation with hiring moving labor help would be that they would work harder than my 13 year old son. Unfortunately they were not in any hurry to impress. I feel like I terribly overpaid 2 teenagers, but that wouldn't be fair to the teenagers we ended up using who moved more in an hour than they did in 3. The movers we hired the day before these guys jumped right in and helped do 2 loads and unloads in 5 hrs. This guys did 1 load and unload, plus a half a load in 4.5 hrs. Some items up the flight of stairs we needed moved they had to be reminded. We ended up moving that stuff ourselves. They also arrived over an hour and a half late from the latest time they said they could support over the phone leaving us waiting. I hired these guys to save my husband the hardest part. He and I worked harder than them.
We won't be using their services again.

I hate to do this - to rate so poorly, because they really did work hard. Moving someone else’s things is SO MUCH WORK.
But, the wood floors in the place I’m renting (and moving out of) are destroyed - Scratched. Everywhere. The floors are these beautiful finished dark hard wood floors. They really didn’t pay much attention at all to spinning furniture in circles to wrap it, their dollies in and out tracking mud and dirt all over, or their shoes. I’m beside myself trying to figure out how to fix the damage, deep and surface scratches, before my landlord returns.
They also informed me that the POD was too small - totally not their fault, but it wasn’t helpful to then sit there and debate how I could get my bed to fit if they took a chair out. So much stress over one decision. My disappointment is more with PODS, but they recommend Hire a Helper because PODS said they knew exactly how to pack the pod to ensure ALL of my stuff WOULD fit. Super frustrating that it didn’t. Now I’m stuck to figure out how to get the rest of my furniture to my new location.

Fantastic company to work with! They were flexible and did their best to meet my request when I asked for more helpers at the last minute. The movers were punctual and were great guys to work with! They were also LIFE SAVERS when they were able to stay longer than the allotted time when it became clear that our move was going to take a lot longer than I anticipated. Would hire them again 100%!

The helpers were on time and worked hard to move the items respectfully in the due time. In case of any requirement i would use them again. The movement was smooth and easy with the Kangaroo helpers

Riley and Casey did a fantastic job helping us unload our UHaul and move in. They’re fast, courteous, punctual, and respectful of our things. I originally booked 4 hours for the move and they finished it in 3 so I was refunded my extra hour. Can’t ask for a better team of guys, I will book them 10/10 times when I need movers.

Riley and Casey were great! These guys knocked it out of the park and were very efficient. I was able to book them last minute when a previous mover bailed on me and they saved the day. Took good care of our stuff and will definitely use them again, you won’t be disappointed.
