Initially the pod that I was expecting from another company was delayed, but Smart Move realized this and did not charge me for a late cancellation. Kudos to them!

After the pod did arrive, the helpers were on time and worked diligently to move my belongings to my new apartment. I would certainly use Smart Move again.

These guys were awesome. Someone cancelled on them and they immediately got a replacement. I had many large pieces and boxes to unload up two flights of stairs. They hustled and got the job done with smiles and great attitudes. They were mindful of my walls and moldings and wanted to make sure things went where they should go. Would definitely recommend them for your moving needs bug or small! They most definitely are the real deal.

David and his crew were absolutely amazing! In stark contrast to Pack Rat which failed to provide two of the three locks that I needed for my pods, as well as only delivered half of the moving blankets I had requested, David and his three team members from Smart Move were on time, respectful, worked very hard the entire time and very pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again! A+ rating for David and his team as well as Smart move!

They took a bit longer than I anticipated so I had to pay for overtime which I didn't have to do with my previous movers. Also, they did not wear facemasks or keep their distance which worried me a bit. Everything got moved and they packed the truck in a super-secure way!

Pack and Go Moving was punctual and worked with me when I had some scheduling difficulties. I really appreciate their flexibility and hard work. They did a great job!

They were very respectful. They worked quickly. The POD was pack tightly so as not to worry about shifting. Would definitely use again. Tried to book for second POD earlier, but they were already booked.

Very respectful group of hard working guys. I ordered 3 movers for 3 hours. 4 movers showed up and completed the job in two hours. Then they refunded me for the extra hour that I ordered.

The team of 3 showed up right in the middle of the allotted time frame and got right to work. It was hot and humid and they barely took a break to breathe. They were pleasant, efficient and careful. I could not have asked for an easier or more seamless process. I highly recommend Affordable Moving. This was the easiest move I have ever had (and I have had several). Thanks guys!
