Jose is very communicative. I was originally booked for another provider, however, they cancelled and HireAHelper immediately found another available servicer. Upon accepting the change, I received a follow-up from Jose. I appreciate he was able to accommodate the changes. Very professional.

JB & David arrived on time on moving day. JB confirmed the time with us a couple of times - I appreciated that. They were prepared for the job and worked SO HARD especially on a hot summer day and having to wear a mask! They were super respectful of our property and carefully wrapped our furnitures to protect from scratches and damage. I would absolutely hire them again! A confirmation call to confirm and/or allow any changes by the customer. A huge thanks to our future customers!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A professional crew to arrive on time for the scheduled date and time of the move. We bring our own tools and equipment for the move. Job leader will always be on sight ready to answer any of the questions a customer may have. Constant communication between client and mover.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I strongly encourage all customers to be ready by having all materials that are being moved into boxes. It's convenient and time-efficient not only for the movers but for the customer as well. If the customer has few to no materials in boxes, NO PROBLEM! We do not mind packing for you! All powered equipment and/or materials being moved should be disconnected from any power source.
What types of moves have you handled?
I've handled it all! I've helped customers move from point A to point B, all in one day. I've helped customers in 2-day jobs. I've helped customers load and unload in or/out of houses, apartments, condos, commercial vehicles, storage units, and my favorite... Pods! With plenty of packing experience, I can help my customers pack as well!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part is definitely seeing the customers reaction after every job. The “how did you fit everything?" always gets me! I really enjoy impressing my customers!
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew members are trained to do their job from start to end. Wrap, Tape, safe & proper lifting techniques, handling fragile items, and assembling & disassembling items. They can put together or dismantle equipment such as beds, furniture, chairs, tables.. etc.
