I would give 0 stars if I could. The team consisted of 3 highschool boys who acted like this was their first day away from their parents. They were very loud, disrespectful, and unprofessional. If I had any other option I would have fired them 20 minutes into the job and hired someone else.
All my stuff was unloaded from the truck to the house and they didn’t break anything which I suppose is the bare minimum. They were scheduled to assemble 2 bed frames but I decided to do it myself to spare me the extra time spent with this crew. I doubt they had the ability or focus to complete that task anyway.
I suspect I just drew the short straw and got a bad crew and the rest of the company isn’t as bad so take my review for what it’s worth.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with these two movers! From the moment they arrived on time, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with great care, treating my furniture and big screen tv as if they were their own. Not a single item was damaged, and they worked quickly without ever seeming rushed or careless.
What really stood out was their attitude — positive, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire move. They were happy to accommodate small requests, patient with last-minute adjustments, and maintained a great sense of humor even during the heavier lifts.
Moving is usually stressful, but these two made the whole process smooth and surprisingly pleasant. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommended — I would gladly hire them again!
