Terrible service. They did not complete the job, completely wasted the first hour between "arriving at the curb", calling me and starting over ten minutes was wasted. They took nearly an hour just to figure out how to disassemble our treadmill and then damaged our wooden floors trying to move it. At least one of the crew that showed up smelled like marijuana and when I attempted to dispute the poor service and requested a 50% refund the owner of the company providing service called and threatened me after which I had to file a police report. I tried to work with Hireahelper customer service and they just dragged it out continuting to ask for additional information and supporting documentation and doing nothing. I disputed with my credit card company and hireahelper put the charge through anyway.
Stay away from this company and especially Holiday Helpers Cleveland. Worst retail service experience of my life.

Great guys. Incredibly professional and efficient and have an amazing attitude. They were packing gurus who helped fit an incredible amount of things into my storage container for a long-distance move. They really took a significant amount of stress out of the moving process and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

The helpers were on time and worked almost non stop during the hours they were there. They even lent me a strap to hold a metal bed frame sturdy for efficient loading. They got a lot done in 2 hours and i would recommend to anyone looking to lessen the stress of moving.
