Just getting around to leaving a review, as I had used them in October. Unfortunately every piece of furniture was damaged in some way. Literally, every single piece. Some with broken legs/corners. Very disappointing only to be credited about $123. Many blankets were provided BUT they only used them in the area in the pod when you first open the door. Nothing in the back was protected, but you don’t see that until it’s too late. Please look elsewhere. Very bummed.

I would highly recommend using Croc Movers. I scheduled them for 3 hours with 3 guys, and they completed the job within the allotted time and even brought an extra person. Additionally they helped to get all of items in the truck despite the truck being a bit too tight on space. They were respectful, had a great attitude and took great care of our items. Lastly, I needed to inquire about an item ahead of my move- Francisco was very quick to respond and professional. Thank you for the assistance!

Crocs Movers Inc did not arrive on time but when they did finally arrive, they worked well. The big problem that I had was with Hire A Helper as this company is only interested in separating the customer from as much of his money as possible. Hire A Helper is NOT recommended! First, the website is misleading. Second, when no movers arrived as I had scheduled 3-4 days prior I called Hire A Helper and they charged me more $ for “same day assistance” and “additional fees.” When the movers failed to come on schedule, I called Hire A Helper and spoke with a supposed “manager” named Josh who said that he understood my disappointment and would call me back afterward to offer some accommodation for the poor performance of the company. I’ve yet to hear from Josh or anyone else from Hire A Helper as promised. Hire A Helper is a deceitful company with terrible customer service. I will also report this to the Better Business Bureau.
