What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Small Moving Services is an all-female packing and unpacking team who appreciates granny’s crystal and china. We will bring everything with us to complete the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We are pet friendly and welcome all little guys while we are in the home. Our team will arrive on time and bring all the packing materials that will be needed. We can provide our totes and bin system if we will be unpacking your home. This system will save time and money on boxes that will be cut up and tossed in the dump. There is a fee for the use of the system. We will take pictures prior to packing this allows us to unpack and duplicate the previous homes set up.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always recommend that you keep the necessary things with you for the next couple of days. We will pack everything but your coffee pot and a few items you will need until we unpack you or your reach your final destination.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our team specializes in packing and unpacking set up and staging homes and condo's in our area. We often will use Facetime with customers that are not in the state when packing a home that was recently sold furnished and just need to ship the personal contents to the home owner. Everyone of our customers are different and have different wants and needs.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Everyone is trained by the owner, hands on for several months side by side. They must have the same work ethics and willing to go the extra mile for the homeowner.
