Movers were extremely slow. You’re almost guaranteed to need to tack on additional hours near the end. Also, if you need to add additional hours, the company will insist you pay for the entire bill before the hour is up and the work is completely done. I would not recommend this company.

If you are looking for moving labor help and reached to Elite moving service, please move as far as you can from this company. I asked for two helpers and they sent two people and they cam without gloves and tools. They came with shoes and walking through out the home with the shoes and made the whole home dirty.
Also, they took time off several times and ( 15 min increments for every hour) the company asked me to pay for that.
Worst customer experience. I will never ever book services through this company. The helpers are not careful and caused damage to the several walls in my new home.
The helpers left the job halfway through saying they have another job to do.
I couldn’t find a zero star to give to them. Otherwise, I would have given zero stars.
Stay away from Elite moving services company. I had a very bad experience with this company and I want you also not to have bad experience.

Ernie and Santos were outstanding. Arrived exactly on time and performed perfectly. Very happy with Elite in general with their promptness and professionalism. I’ve had other movers ghost me so I’m appreciative how thorough and communicative the company is. Would highly recommend Elite

I booked 6- hour service. They arrived here ahead of time. However, they told me that their working time started from the moment their boss picked them up not start from the moment they started to do the work onsite. (FYI: Their boss picked them up at 12pm and they arrived here at 12:34pm)
They did not prepare for the job well. The boss did not communicate with them well, so they did not even know why they were doing what they were doing.
They did not work hard, they worked extremely slow. We had two containers, that's why we booked 6 hours. However, they were tired and exhausted and did not even finish unloading the 2 containers. I had to ask for some other unloading labors the next day to finish the unloading. So I had to pay more than I expected.
I would not use them again.

Movers were timely, actually early! Very nice and went above and beyond. The company should provide them a moving dolly to make it easier on them though! Very minor wall scratches like easily wiped off, no damage to personal belongings. Took approximate amount of breaks in this Texas heat, definitely deserved.
