I am torn between giving a 3-Star or 4-Star review. I am honestly leaning more towards a three. They arrived on time. They were very polite and they did work quickly and efficiently. However, I pointed out when they started that I had provided moving blankets and four ratchet straps to tie down each section as recommended on all of the POD videos regarding proper packing of the POD. I did not want to be overbearing so I let them do their thing, trusting that they would do the job properly. When they were finished, I found they only used 2 out of the 12 blankets I provided and did not use the ratchet straps at all. I can only pray that my furniture is not going to be damaged on the other end. I wont know until a few months from now when my new home is ready. I was rather disappointed by this.

2 very friendly and efficient guys. Our yard is entirely gravel so they couldn’t use a dolly and did it all by hand, and so fast. Really great service!!

They were on time and worked until they were done. They were careful and courteous. I would recommend them. But I don’t think I will use Hire the helper ever again. They charged way to much and the guy on the phone talked me into more movers and more hours which I didn’t need. He is the expert I had no idea how long it takes.

I'm just going to write bullet points because its too much.

*we pointed out some fragile things and they were not treated as fragile even things with glass obviously in them.

*moving blankets were not used at all even though we requested it multiple times

*when instructions were being given the team leader didn't want to hear them, kept interrupting saying " I know I know, I have over 5 years experience. And said he knew how the trailer (upack) worked but obviously didn't. Even the driver who was trying to give the instructions could tell very quickly that they couldn't operate the equipment.

* a ridiculous amount of items arrived broken despite being carefully packed and padded.

* we requested that the furniture pads, which we bought, be used on the furniture and not a single piece was padded. When we opened the truck the pads were very neatly on the floor not even out of the packaging.

* boxes were not packed into the truck just put on the truck and left. not organized. we had to waste time organizing the boxes they left before we could continue packing the truck.



All in all it was a bad experience. When we saw that they were going to be uncooperative we bought them food to see if they would be encouraged to do the job and still the attitudes weren't that of a professional team who wanted the work. They did offer to come back and finish the job after going to another job they had scheduled in between but we were not thrilled to work with them again so we declined.

Adriano and his team were phenomenal to work with. He was super easy to communicate with and his team of movers were fantastic. The two movers we had were very respectful, took care of our things, and asked questions as necessary. We had far more items than expected so our job ran longer than anticipated. We spoke with Adriano about extending the movers time at our home and they were able to adjust their schedules to remain at our home until the job was done.
Overall, I’d highly recommend them for their hard work, communication, and willingness to work with us to get the job done!
