They were great! They showed up on time, the had all the tools they needed and got my UBox unloaded in about an hour. I would most definitely use them again.

They arrived late and wanted to leave early. The owner was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional. He was also quite disrespectful to me in my own home. He later did come back to apologize. Their packing was horrible. For the amount of time they were in my home, they really didn’t get much done. My neighbor came and helped me finish the packing on the next day. The the two of us accomplished far more in 7 hours than 4 or 5 of these guys accomplished in 9 hours. I furnished all of my own packing supplies. I’m still unable to find a few things. I have a couple more boxes to unpack though. They packed my silverware in weird bundles with Gorilla tape. They did not do it like knives, forks, spoons. They did bundles like very sharp knives with a couple of forks, maybe a spoon, a butter knife, and a spatula. They packed my antique schoohouse clock crosswise corner to corner in a box that it just fit. That box also held a picture in a shadow box type frame as well as the woofer for my stereo. There was zero padding of any kind in that box. No paper, no bubble wrap, no foam squares, no clothing. Fortunately nothing was broken. I did finally find the sheets I had washed for my bed in a box marked kitchen. They were in with some of my books and living room decor. I definitely would never hire these guys for anything again. They were all very nice, except the owner. I was giving away most things in my home. The owner did get my sons complete drum set for free. Hire these people at your own risk. I ended up here with stuff I told them not to pack and without stuff I wanted packed. Fortunately for me, my neighbors who are my friends and realtor are buying the house. They are shipping me things I need. I feel they were very overpriced for the work they did. I also paid for them to eat pizza just as a perk. They ordered 2 medium Papa Johns pizzas and 3 drinks. One of the guys used a 40% off coupon, but it cost me $60. That was after the 40% off! I thought that was pretty high even with a $10 tip. All I’m saying is they aren’t worth the time nor the cost. I’m just glad it’s iver.

These guys were great, they worked hard, and they even finished earlier than expected. Gary went out of his way to set the furniture in each room according to my wife's request. I would recommend this service. Again great job!!!

Boyce Moving did an awesome job. Although they were about 10 minutes late and one of the three guys didn't show up (a backup mover eventually made it here), they were quick, very respectful of not hitting walls or doors -- didn't hit any -- and they assembled my beds and hooked up my washer dryer. Other movers charge extra for piano moving. They did not. And they also gave me good tips on living in the town I moved to. I really liked these moving doo-hickey straps they used to move my armoires. Gary, the head mover, obviously has done this awhile, knows about the proper way to pack a truck (my ex hubby just kind of jammed everything in there), and as a plus, he even reparked the big Budget truck for us. I would hire them again. Thanks, guys!!!!!
