Gary had a great attitude. A time complication came up that delayed the time of arrival of the helpers adding some unexpected pressure. However, Gary's excellent communication through personal phone calls and texting put you at ease. He made you feel he wanted the job and promised once he arrived he would do it well. The week long heat wave in Surprise, Arizona meant the heat was well above 100 all night. Yet, Gary kept his promise...even went the extra mile with little details. We rented a 24 foot Uhaul truck pulling a car trailer holding a pickup which I (dad) drove from Carson City, Nevada to Surprise, Arizona. Then I was picked up by a car service to rush to Phoenix airport to fly home to Reno, Nevada. This meant quickly leaving my son in a vulnerable situation (brand new city and state) waiting for the delayed helpers. So it was a relief when Gary showed up to "get it done!" When the Uhaul was unloaded the helpers folded the many furniture blankets and neatly piled them up in the trailer. They explained to our son why they did.... Uhaul would have charged him more $. Also reminded him to give the trailer a quick sweeping to save more $. My son and his wife who they helped move into apartment with stairs could not stop praising the fine job they accomplished with an effortless, pleasant spirit in extreme heat. This was a long, time constraint, stressful move to an unfamiliar, new location (without knowing anyone), in very extreme weather. Our only child (our son) is the most precious thing in our life! Thanks for keeping your promise Gary. You were like the "welcome committee" bringing "a breath of fresh air" to our son, his wife and their two anxious dogs. Your confidence, extra care, informative comments and your work ethics helped our son "settle in" with a bit more comfort. Hats off to you Gary :)

Phenomenal job! They accommodated a last minute scheduling and even showed up early. They did more than what was asked, moved extra pieces because there was extra time as they work so fast! Even fixed a piece of my furniture that had a piece coming loose. Very experienced with wrapping, protecting and loading efficiently. Excellent work, would highly recommend. Stand up group with some great work values and ethics!

Gary and Alex were so great! They arrived about 15 min early and got to work right away! They work great as a team, pay attention to how you want things done, and work really hard. They handled all of my things with care and I love that they came with supplies to make the process easier! I'd definitely use them again on my next move

With not too many reviews I took a chance on a fellow small business person and I couldn’t be more please with my choice. Communicated with me throughout the process, thoughtful and caring about our needs and belongings. One of the best things that happened during this move was having someone who does what they say they’ll do and going that little extra to insure everything was as we wanted. I wish I had known about them three weeks earlier when we were moving so equipment into the studio a much better experience we would have had if we had known about Boyce Moving. If it isn’t obvious, we will use them for future projects.
