This was a wonderful company to do business with...we requested online in the late afternoon for next day service to unload our Uhaul. For us, this would have taken an entire afternoon. Within a couple of hours, we were contacted by phone to set our appointment time, which was 10 a.m. They showed up the next morning at 9:53 (early!). After a brief walkthrough with them to show them the rooms, they began unloading. They were very quick, AND very good. They got two dressers into an upstairs bedroom around a VERY tight corner...I don't think we could have done that. They were careful with all of the items, and we didn't have any problems with damage to our stuff or the house. They finished in just over an hour. They attached the dresser mirror for us, and they would have hooked up our washer/dryer, but we couldn't find the hoses (packed somewhere :( )....they cleaned the uhaul and folded the blankets (who does that?!?!...these guys do...) They save us so much time, not to mention our backs....worth every penny. Will not hesitate to use again or recommend to people.

They were 3.5 HOURS late.
Perhaps this wouldn't be a HUGE issue if I felt I wasn't being lied to.
I called the lady who runs the show multiple times on her cell to find out where they were and why they were running late.
During one call she said she was at an intersection that was at MOST 5 minutes away. 25 minutes later........... this type of thing happened 3 more times... who knows maybe I'M the one who's crazy..
Service itself was good.
They took care of my stuff and got me moved in..
No complaints on the actual moving.
Would not use again due to drastically late arrival.

They did a great job. Loaded my pod and cleaned up after moving all my furniture. they worked very hard and was very careful with my property. I wish I could have them when I unload. I do hope the crew in PA is as good.

Arrived exactly on time and finished the job in less than two hours. It was a complicated move because not everything was going, and they made no mistakes -- everything that was supposed to go did, and everything that was supposed to stay stayed. The crew that unloaded the truck once we arrived (cross country) could not say enough good things about the way the truck had been packed. Would definitely use this company again!

The movers called the night before to confirm times and arrived right on time ready to get started. They worked quickly and efficiently, did everything needed, and cleaned up all the moving pads and tape. They caused no damage at all, but helped identify some damage that happened in transit.

A TOUCH ABOVE did an excellent job unloading our ABF trailer. Steve and Frank worked hard and got the job done. A number of heavy items went upstairs and they got it done without damaging anything. I would definitely use them again.

The guys who came to pack up my 22' moving truck were nice and efficient. I must say that they weren't good at packing up the truck for my 500+ mile drive. They put the heavy items at the back of the truck and the boxes and small items at the front. The truck had PLENTY of room for everything (I was supposed to get a 16' truck, but the rental company screwed up and gave away my truck). Because there was plenty of room, they didn't stack the small stuff very high and when it came time to fill up the back of the truck with the large items, they barely fit. I was nervous about the sofabed being on it's side because it is so heavy, any jostling could break the frame. I told them this, so they attempted to pad and secure it on it's side anyway. Sure enough, the bed opened in the truck, severely scratched a dresser, and the frame cracked and the bed pulled away from the frame. Sofa beds should lay flat. If they had used the space efficiently and packed the heavy stuff at the front, this would not have happened. Also, a large cabinet that was squished in at the very end moved around too much and broke into several pieces. They tried to secure with rope, but I think if the heavy stuff was put in first, I wouldn't have had so many damages. Disappointed, but what can you do? Live and learn I guess. I would recommend, but supervise and make sure they are packing smartly. I haven't moved enough to know more to argue with them about packing the truck better. I assumed they knew best. Nice guys though. Oh well.

We hired them and my husband did most the work, also durning the 2 hours they were here one of the movers spent 30 minutes in my bathroom and took a long lunch break. The other mover did wonderful, but because his helper was absent most of the time my husband did most the work. Was very dissatisfied, the reason we paid almost $400 on a mover was so we didn't have to unload the truck and do anyheavy lifting basically we paid to do it ourselves.

The owner and two helpers were at the address we provided them via email and by personal phone calls. Despite adjustments in travel time due to traffic, the moving team handled these adjustments very professionally and in a cooperative manner. They even repositioned my rental truck for ease of furniture removal. They team moved quickly and were careful to secure all the furniture adequately. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move.
All in all I was very satisfied with the service.
