I gave the actual MOVERS 5+ stars they were amazing. They worked hard. They got everything in which I thought was gonna be impossible. They were very considerate of my belongings, very friendly and kept me posted on when they would be here. As far as the actual company goes, I wouldn’t use them again. I reserved my move back in May. They asked me a few weeks ago. to move it from Saturday to Monday, which I agreed to then on Sunday at 2:30 in the afternoon they sent me an email didn’t even call me asking to do it Tuesday afternoon at three, which didn’t work for me. I declined it tried to get hold of them their phone number wasn’t taking phone calls. I emailed them and I emailed hire a helper Last night at 10:30. They finally sent an email telling me somebody would be here today between eight and nine. I called advanced movers at 8 o’clock. He confirmed someone would be here between eight and nine and actually gave me their names. I waited outside. They didn’t show up. I called back at 10. No answer. Finally got a hold of hired a helper. They were able to get a hold of the moving company. They said that they had assigned it at 9:30 AM this morning, which meant that when he told me he had MOVERS at 8 o’clock that was not truthful. The movers finally got here at 11:45. I would’ve given them a zero Had it not been for how fantastic the MOVERS were.

The 2 guys you sent were great and worked their tails off the entire time. I apologize to them as I already forgot their names. Really great individuals and they didn't flinch about anything and knew how to handle some very difficult moving challenges. Thank you guys! They represented the company well!

The movers at Advanced Moving were terrific! They were expert movers who packed my POD in such a way as to keep furniture from moving. They ensured enough space for my belongings and carefully moved and packed everything. I would use them again if I needed another move.

Misael and his teammate were incredible. Everything was done in the two hours we were originally quoted, and they even helped assemble a piece of furniture that wasn’t in the container they unloaded for me. I will reach out to him directly if I need loading or unloading help in the future.
