Booking and scheduling through MD Expert was a breeze and our movers were punctual, friendly, and courteous. I took away a star because at one point they left a cart unattended and a large dresser toppled over, causing some damage. Other than that, great experience and hard-working guys.

We were moving 800 miles and our helpers at the loading location were not going to be available to assist to unload. My wife suggested that we ask for help, which my male ego resisted - it was the best suggestion ever. The two guys called to let us know when they would arrive. They arrived on time and got right to work. They had great ideas about how to get our king size memory foam 16" thick mattress up the narrow stairs to the second floor master. They took extra measures to protect our furniture and listened to our requests for where things should be placed. A great experience and unloaded a 26' moving truck in under 2 hours!!

Our two movers did an incredible job filling our pod to the brim! We were so worried that everything wouldn’t fit, and because of their careful placement, it did! They also took great care to wrap our furniture with the moving blankets we bought. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

MD Expert Movers showed up on time and worked through the 4 hours they were scheduled. It was a hot day, but they worked hard to unload the entire container. They were very respectful of my property. We only lost one piece of furniture which wasn't their fault, it was broken sometime in the moving of the container.
I would definitely recommend MD expert Movers for their professional and excellent service. Friendly, hard-working individuals!

While the movers were professional and courteous, they were not able to pack the pod without rearranging everything in my driveway three times. We suggested they pack the beds first, because we have 2 electric beds that do not have rigid mattresses. They said they preferred to put them in last to hold other things in place - that will not work with a flexible mattress. It was a very hot day and they worked very hard and were not slacking but did make more work for themselves by having to repack so much.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
