Customer service is excellent and the two moving guys were amazing!!! Our moving day started out really rough due to our Budget rental truck not being at the location we had it reserved, nor was there one available! I was really in a spot because the movers were waiting and I thought I was going to have to cancel my whole move! :( It was such a blessing to actually be able to have a conversation with the moving company customer service and the guys as well! They really took their time and understood my situation and were able to help me through the time of finding another rental truck!! I highly recommend this moving company and also highly discourage the use of Budget rentals! But A+++ to MD Expert Movers for turning around such a terrible situation and making it a very pleasant one!!!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
