They called 20 min before arrival and arrived on time with masks on. They were courtesy and professional and worked well just 2 of them finishing ahead of 2 hours when I had purchased and extra hour. They came prepared with tools and wrapped my belongs very well and didn't scratch any walls. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I asked for our PackRat container to be packed as full as possible and these guys delivered! They even helped quickly disassemble our sectional couch and wrap and pack it when we had more space than anticipated.

Ron and Don were tremendous to work with. They were on time, and they handled our furniture and large items with care. They understood Baltimore rowhomes and the particular issues some tight spaces cause when either moving in or out. Highly recommend this professional company and crew!

The two helpers came within the appointed time (9:00-10:00 am) today (April 24, 2020). They were courteous and efficient. They listened to my instructions and asked questions for clarity while the unloading proceeded.
They also were quick to tell me if they found a broken piece or some other defect. They were careful when loading things up the stairs and didn't scratch or ding my walls. They were careful with my boxes containing my vinyl record collection, as far as I can see.

Movers did an exceptional job moving our stuff and packing it into our POD. They stacked it in a manner that maximized space to allow for more storage. Will be hiring them again to unpack our stuff and have them move it into our new home.
Also, they took preventive measures by wearing masks and gloves to help minimize any chance of spreading COVID19.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
