Don and Chuck arrived on time and proceeded to pack my packrat even as additional items were put into the mix. It was so dang hot too! But they worked through and got the job done within allotted time. I am so grateful for these men. I can't say enough good things about them. They were so careful with everything and made sure I was happy. I will definitely recommend them!

We had one large POD to unload on a Saturday morning. The team of two arrived on time (I think early actually) and got the work done in under an hour. They also helped us move a few pieces of furniture around that were too heavy for me to lift and carry. We've actually used this company twice now and they are professional, courtesy, punctual and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

They made my move a whole lot easier. Friendly. Efficient. I just wish that the movers will make contact at least 24 hours before the move, but in the end, it was an excellent job. Well done!

Very fast and got the job done in time. Only problem I had... they messed up my walls pretty bad. They bent my box spring to make a turn and I heard the wood crack a little. My advise to these guys to to be more careful my people belongings.

The movers called me about 15 minutes before they arrived, and were on time and efficient with the packing of my Pod. They were also very friendly and communicative throughout the process. They provided plastic wrap which was helpful as additional security for my valuables. Overall the pod was packed in two hours, right on time. Would definitely use them again!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
