Arrived at the end of the window which was perfect because we were still wrapping up a few odds and ends.
They came with 2 rolls of shrink wrap and wrapped much of our furniture to try to protect it.
They carried everything with care and all four were working continuously until the job was done.
They packed a ton of stuff in our pod. That being said, they had to get creative to make it all fit. I really hope that everything will be okay in there during transport.
After unloading when we buy a new house we will know how our stuff fared during transport and storage. Based on that, I will decide if I would use them again.

I had arranged for 2 helpers, but 3 arrived and got things done very quickly. They made sure everything was wrapped and packed tight in the moving pod. They were conscientious about walls - all very appreciated. Oh yeah....they were running early so it was really nice to be able to accommodate their early arrival, which meant finishing sooner. Really happy with the service.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
