There came in the time range specified in the advertisement (i.e. within an hour of requested arrival) and they didn't start charging until they arrived. They were prepared for the job, and worked extremely hard to not only move, but also wrap all the furniture in plastic wrap and puzzle piece it together inside the storage unit I had rented. They were very respectful and handled all property with care in addition to being fast and efficient. I would use them again and I would definitely recommend them again, particularly for those putting their belongings into storage. The whole process only took 1.5 hours.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
