Couldn't be happier with our movers. They called to let us know they would actually be arriving slightly early, which was fine with us and turned out to be a good thing because we underestimated how long the move would take. Our workers (Ron & Jose, I think) worked very hard and very efficiently and got a ton done. We managed to fit everything in the truck comfortably, even the plasma TV and some large framed pictures/art that I'd assumed I'd need to move in my car separately. It all worked great and nothing broke or was even scratched. They also were able to extend their time for us, so we were able to get everything done. The whole experience of using this website and these movers was extremely easy and pleasant. I definitely recommend both.

I hit pay dirt with this company! The only hiccup was a very small lack of communication. I was called the night before to confirm the time of the move. The rep said, since we are unloading with 2 helpers and only have 2 hours we will send a third helper. I said, Thanks! But then I received a call from HireAHelpher indicating I would be charged for the third helper. Not good. But ultimately, the charge was dropped. But he helpers were WONDERUFL! I was again fortunate to have help that relieved the stress. And they put the furniture together and made sure it was placed exactly were we wanted it. They were on time, prepared and boy did they work hard! I would use them again in a second. You would be wise to use them again!

Very good work. They were a few minutes late due to heavy traffic and called to apologize and tell me when they would arrive. They were prepared, professional, friendly, thorough. They finished in less time then allotted. They packed items very well. Everything made it to my new home without problem. I recommend highly.

The helpers showed up exactly on time, were very professional, took good care of all of my furniture (even better than I do), and worked hard. The move-in had a few tight spots and they did an excellent job maneuvering the furniture up the stairs. Would use MD Expert Movers again without question.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though. Is your company moving to a new building? Switching floors in your current space? Do you need someone to finally get that old copier down to the basement? Hauling junk? We can help!
