Unfortunately, we would not hire this crew again. I have used HireAHelper 4x in the past 10 months. Each crew has been a different company due to timing and location. This crew was the only one that we have had a negative experience with. On a positive note, they were a polite, kind, and respectful crew.
For these 3 reasons, I would not recommend. In order of importance to me, these were the things they could improve upon:
1. Least efficient crew we’ve hired.
2. Breaking our furniture
3. Showing up to the right location the first time
Further detail on our experience:
They started by showing up at the wrong location. They still started within the booking time window, but it took some extra time, effort, and stress to get started as a result. For the duration of the move the crew was polite, kind, and respectful. However, they were not the most efficient nor speedy in their work. In the last leg of their work for us, they broke a leg on our furniture item. We had given them a forewarning on the nature of how to handle/move the item and the recommendation was disregarded. They put weight on the leg and it broke.

not keeping but had to clear the storage
and we did. We are sorry that you was
not happy with our work even though
we put in more time then you paid for.
We empty two storage to a truck. That
take time. The leg on the pool table was
already loss yet we was trying to mak
e you happy and you still was not
happy. We did load your truck. We showed up to the right place in the time allowed we tried to get right to work,yet you was not there. You are given us a poor review on things we had no control over. We did work hard for you. We went over on the two hours you booked to load two storage to a truck and we did not charge you. We appreciate your review because it affects how we get work and let us now what to work on.

The three-person crew worked very well together to both move items carefully into a moving truck bound for cooler lands. Troy and Joe were courteous and professional, and Tiffany worked very well on the cleaning and managerial sides. I would recommend them to anyone needing moving labor help or cleaning help in the area.

Buzzy Bee was absolutely fantastic. However I will never use Hire a helper again. I tried to reschedule our move day and time due to reconstruction taking longer then planned. Hire Helper wanted to charge me more to reschedule then the original quote entirely. Even though Buzzy Bee could reschedule with no problem or additional cost. All it would have taken was a phone call. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused. Absolute horrible customer service!!!! Please just go through the movers themselves and forget the middle man. I'm sure this will never make there review page.
