Two young men showed up on time. Got to work right away. They were quick and careful and professional. Worked straight through to the end. I’d definitely recommend them.

They only had a few items to move and I had purchased some specific boxes for our large mirrors and TVs . They were on site less than one hour and I didn’t realize they didn’t use the Special TV boxes until after they loaded the few things left and were gone. I later found the unopened boxes for the TVs. We just got our POD today and our largest UHD TV was broken.
Our team takes care to handle all items appropriately and to use any protective materials that are available and identified at the time of service. Based on our records, the crew completed the agreed scope of work during a brief job and followed the instructions provided on site.
We were not informed during the service or immediately afterward that any TV boxes were intended to be used or that there were any issues with how items were being packed or handled. Concerns of this nature are always best addressed at the time of service so they can be immediately reviewed and resolved.

Buzzy Bee helped me with a complicated move for my mother, whose belongings were spread out in two locations: Wesley Chapel and Largo. They worked with me and my brother to consolidate her belongings and get them all loaded into a 16-foot portable storage container. I didn’t think everything would fit, but they assured me it would, and they made it happen. They were extremely helpful, courteous, efficient, and professional. Based on this very positive experience, I highly recommend them.

They were an hour and a half late. They did hustle. However, they didn’t strap any of my furniture to the sides of the Pod. I did provide bungees and straps. They just stood a 7’ tall bookcase, which they had already scratched up badly on one side bringing it down the stairs, in the middle of the Pod, not attached to anything. I told them it would fall over - they said there was stuff in back of it that would hold it up, but there was nothing in front of it but other furniture. They made a very half-hearted attempt with a strap. Well it fell over, further damaging it, ripping the trim at the top completely off, and damaging several other pieces of furniture - a gouge on the side of another bookcase, etc., and worst of all chunks of wood gouged out of my armoire. The guys who unloaded the Pod couldn’t believe it. My son said they loaded it like the Pod was just going to stand still and not travel across the country. You charge on both ends for insurance, but when I looked at the terms you had to initiate the claim while the loaders were still present, which of course they weren’t. Big waste of customers’ money that you tack on without asking. My experience with Pods was good as well as the unloaders, but definitely NOT the loaders, Buzzy Bee.
Our crews are trained to load PODs with care, including using straps and protective materials when they are available and when the load configuration allows for secure placement. We also expect items to be stabilized as the container is built out during loading to minimize shifting during transport.
We regret any delay in arrival and understand how that can add frustration to the overall experience. That said, we take concerns about handling and potential damage seriously, and we would welcome the opportunity to review this job in more detail with you.
