If you want the best ask for Carl and James. These guys know how to do it and your money is well spent having them do your move. They’re the best and PLEASE TIP well these guys deserve it in the Florida heat. Remember you didn’t have to move your stuff they did it for you.

I can’t say enough about what an excellent job Karl did! He worked hard from the moment he arrived until he finished. He also moved boxes around so I could access them where they belonged and even helped me put up the heavy items in those hard to reach top shelves.
It’s very hard to find someone who is consistently working for the entire time and stays until the job is completely finished! Trust me, as someone who’s made my way back across the country these past few months from California to Florida, Karl has been the best out of the three companies I’ve used and I’ll definitely be using him again for all my moves or even projects around the house.

My movers from this company were awesome. They showed up on time. They were polite. The two men were very strong and they got the job done quickly. This easily would’ve taken my family triple the amount of time it took them. Very grateful for the extremely professional help!

Maggie’s Helpers lead Justin was good. His helper Zari was a bit young and inexperienced and had difficulty lifting some of the heavier items. I was empathic to giving a young boy a chance as I have 6 of my own. Both were nice young men, respectful, conscientious and I wish them well. However, my son and I had to lift a few of the more heavier items and we hired help to be able to avoid doing that.
My disappointment was NOT as much with Justin or Zari but definitely with Hire a Helper. I will NEVER use them again. I ordered 2 helpers for a total of 3 hours and therefore I sent Justin and Zari on their way after 3 hours were up. Hire a Helper charged me for 5 hours or an extra $200. They refused to credit me saying it’s their “policy” to not refund after the fact. It was their order and billing error and they refused to take accountability for the error. They kept saying the same thing that it’s “their policy” to not refund. Totally inexcusable and HORRIBLE customer service.

We will do everything in our power to complete the job within the booked time frame
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we provide a 30 minutes heads up call, we will be on time, we will evaluate the job and get to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask that the customers pre box their belongings and if it’s a multiple rooms we ask that the customer separate them just so we know where everything goes and provide the best service possible

We are all professionally trained by Cort Furniture in Norwood Massachusetts. We have daily Safety & Health briefings Our daily mandatory morning stretch at the warehouse allows us to go out and perform our best
