These guys were prompt, efficient and professional. They got the job done with the set hours without dragging it out to charge more.

Whatever you do don’t hire Platinum Movers. Horrible service. I went cheap and that’s exactly what I got. I told them I was running late they said ok. They loaded my truck and halfway down the street they called me and said they had another job. They abandoned me and left. They claim to be military. Really? You left a women on the side of the road!!!They look like street hustlers. Don’t waste your time with these two. Oh yeah broke a leg off my bed frame.

Mover's response:
I'm sorry you had a push back on your closing. We had spoken to you on the phone and set up an original time of 12:00-12:30 pm. We accommodated the change again to 12:30, based off what you had said. You get to the load up address 1:23 pm. We told you over the phone that we had a busy schedule today. Just giving you a heads up. So we sat from 12:30 to 1:23 pm and endured the wastefulness of time. We loaded you up best we could seeing how you came with an 14 ft uhual. But you have a King Bedroom set ??. Not sure how all items are going to fit with the clearance being so low. We left you side the road? Or you got upset with the time and cost from what you were saying when you realized that your time was limited. I get it ma'am. Moving is stressful!! Just make sure next time to be on time and appropriate size truck. P.S. (your legs on your Tempur-Pedic screws off and the four legs were placed right bedside the bed on the truck . Blessings to you and yours ????

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

In and out type of mentality. But not rushing and damaging items either. We take the stress out of moving for you.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Be prepared as possible. Any high valuable items or sentimental value should be out of way. Dust the furniture if possible (LoL).

What types of moves have you handled?

I have handled pretty much every type of move you can imagine. It doesn't matter if it's a studio apartment or mansion. Same rules apply. Hard work and Respect for others and their items.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Taking the stress out of the move.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Disassembly, reassembly, basic do's and don't. Customer service skills. Knowing how to talk to a customer

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
