Tyrus & Nigel (hopefully spelled correctly) were punctual, well-prepared, and greeted me with a friendly, respectful attitude that made the process stress-free. Even though they had everything packed within the amount of time, I had issues when unloading. Because they didn't use rope and secure things properly, my kitchen table broke and boxes shifted very badly. Not happy with having to fix my table and that things were not secured like they should have been.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking our services, our team will promptly follow up with a phone call to coordinate details about your upcoming move! The phone call will be brief, as our office gathers details about the services you need, confirms the date, and schedules a time. We understand that moving can be very stressful, so we are here to answer any questions you may have, relieve any concerns, and instill confidence in our customers as their move day approaches.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of your move, our team will give you a 30-minute courtesy call, once they've dispatched to your location. We recommend customers keep their phone volume on high, 30 minutes prior to their scheduled move time so that they can get an ETA on our crew's arrival! Once our guys arrive, we encourage you to give them a quick walkthrough, so they can determine the best course of action before beginning the unloading/loading services. We will always come prepared with the necessary equipment as well!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For loading/unloading services, we ask that all items are packed and ready to go, on the day of our arrival! For example, loose items, such as kitchenware, clothing, pillows, towels, etc, should be stored in closed boxes or bins and ready for our crew to move. If you would like to inquire about our packing services - please contact our office, and we would be happy to assist.
What types of moves have you handled?
The TNT team has done it all! We offer residential moving services (houses, trailers, apartments, student dorms, townhomes, and condos), as well as pod containers and storage units. Our team can also assist in commercial moves, as we are equipped, trained, and experienced in servicing office and warehouse spaces. We are located in the Tampa Bay area and offer services here and in surrounding areas!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As an experienced mover of about 6 years, I decided to open my own company, to provide customers with affordable, reliable, and efficient services. To me - moving has always been more than transporting items from one place to another, but rather an opportunity to meet great people, travel from city to city, and it sure beats having to pay for a gym membership!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We require all candidates to have a minimum of 3 years of moving experience, prior to joining the TNT Team. However, we understand that the practices of other moving companies, may not coincide with ours, so each new crew member receives paid training for two weeks to observe and assist our movers to ensure they are familiar with our operations. They learn how to professionally pack in a way that secures customer belongings, properly maneuver through tight spaces like stairways and hallways, and more!
