What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, customers should expect a 30 minute courtesy call prior to our arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should make sure any furniture is disassembled including beds, dressers with mirrors attached, and tables (if needed). All boxes should be taped and miscellaneous items should be stowed away in bags and/or bins.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving keeps us active, healthy, flexible, alert, reduce stress and lowers blood pressure.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our crew members with simulation moves involving navigating stairs with furniture pieces including couches, tables, and dressers. Our pre-employment fitness screen includes a 10 minute obstacle course involving box dolly/hand truck maneuverability, bilateral weighted carries, proper pacing while moving, hand-eye coordination with dollies, and customer greetings/farewells with a focused on endurance, critical thinking, and multitasking.
