Very unprofessional. Very unorganized. They were suppose to pack up and load into pods. We cancelled them to unload a month later when our pods were delivered. Did not use them for our offloading. Won't use them again.

Stephen and his crew were wonderful, when they arrived I was asked to take them on a walk thru and show them what I needed done. They all got right to work, and boy did they work hard. It was like an efficient assembly line, I was amazed at how well Stephen and his crew packed those containers. I will certainly recommend them to all my friends and family. Don't forget to tip these hardworking guys, they're worth it!

The workers did a good job the company did not supply them with the tools they needed to do the job I had to supply the tools the company is not a good service or a good company and workers were late by about three hours

Jake and his Colleague were on time, respectful, courteous and they knew their job! They required minimal supervision due to their experience and wrapped and covered everything carefully. Would definitely recommend them and use them again, if needed!

5***, but I'd give them 10***. Have already recommended Tri-City Movers to my real estate agent and to my friends on Facebook. The movers were not on time, but called me to communicate their minor delayed time, and asked if that was going to be OK. Southern California has undependable traffic conditions, and we had fires in the area tying up the freeways, so this communication was appreciated. Wow, this crew hustled and worked hard. They were extremely careful walking up and down my sunken living room, careful not to nick walls or the front door. They did an extremely thorough initial walk through to see what we were packing, since some of my furniture/items my kids were taking to their apartments. We had a couple small additional items to handle, so they kept out a mattress and recommended we pack that last to secure the load. They tackled my packed house and garage with excellence. I would use Tri-City Movers again...DEFINITELY!
