Jay and his coworker whose name I apologize I can't remember did great work in being efficient with getting alot done in the 2 hours. They're aware to switch tasks right away when something wasn't ready on my part so they can be working at every moment. They were cautious with my belongings- much appreciated.

At the end, it was very expensive. They broke many items, they charged me a lot and they didn't get my money back for the things they broke. Very bad and slow service.
Preparation is key you were not prepared to move on Mother’s Day. Unpacked items could get damaged . You also added a motorcycle with no keys to be moved wich we did as a courtesy no extra charges- you paid the standard hourly rate you paid for.
A lot of the extra services that were provided to you were free an a courtesy. We apologize for any inconvenience

Perfect gentlemen and finished in an hour. They kept me abreast of their arrival time and didn't break stride once they arrived. They took extra care of my mom's furniture and showed me where all the screws were when I get to my location.
I truly wish they were in North Carolina! I will definitely recommend!

They talked a good game in the beginning but they proved to be inefficient at unloading the pod and efficiently moving it to the apartment.
I actually saw the gentleman removing the boxes and furniture have this unsure look of what to take next and one time saw him start to turn and take a load out of the pod and do a 360 degree turn as if he was lost inside the pod.
This inefficiency cost my wife an I an extra 2 hrs or $200 which when explained to the guy that called to confirm work complete had no concern about what I've explained above.
My wife and I had to complete the job by putting our Lazy boy Sofa Recluner back together, they just left with not even a goodbye and we hadn't even told them yet how dissatisfied we are.
I am sorry that they put your pod in a bad location. We tried our best to service you and I apologize if you are dissatisfied, we just want to state the facts so there’s no confusion in the future
