I wish I was able to give them a better review. I'll start with the problems. I had scheduled for them to arrive between 12 and 1. At around 1:15 I called to see why they weren't there and was told the job before mine was running long so they would be there in 45 minutes. At around 2:40 I called and was told someone was supposed to contact me and he said to wait for the call. One of the movers called back within 2 minutes to tell me they had just finished and were about 15 minutes away, and he asked if that was okay. Did I really have a choice at that point? They ended up showing up at 3:30 (and interestingly when I was speaking with him on the phone, I heard the other guy say something in the background that sounded like 45 and they ended up coming more like 45 minutes later rather than the 15 I was told). So that's 2.5 - 3.5 hours late. I understand problems come up, but that amount of time is not okay. Because we had rented a truck separately, we had decided to load all of the boxes ourselves to save time with the movers (since we had a dolly and were in a building with an elevator), so when they got there, all they had to load was a bed, couch, loveseat, and a few pieces of cheap plywood furniture. It should have been a cinch in an apartment with an elevator, but it took them over an hour and a half. Again, not okay. It took us about the same amount of time to get all the boxes in, and that was just with one person. They didn't really seem like they knew how to load the truck effectively, which caused problems. It just took way too much time for a relatively easy part of the move.
Positive things: They were nice guys, no horror story things like drinking on the job. The apartment we moved into is a third story walk up and I know they were working hard to get it done, and considering this was their second move of the day, I was appreciative of their effort for the unload.
They were mostly respectful of the furniture they moved, other than a few mishaps. They broke the leg off of one of our nightstands, and then propped the leg back on to make it look in tact, which wasn't very professional of them. I'm not too concerned because it was cheap furniture, but still.
I'd like to think the problem that I had were just part of a bad situation, and maybe a different experience would be better (considering they were hard working and mostly professional), but I still am unsure if I would hire them again.

Super nice and professional packing of my moving truck for a cross country 1-way move. They packed secure and safe. On time, hard working and had no trouble moving a sofa that was a pain to move in. Highly recommend.

The movers were actually there early and they checked out the path they would need to travel (up some steps, a right turn, down some steps) before they moved anything. Then they got to work. They were done early because they were very ambitious and we didn't have a big job. They were very careful with the furniture and walls, and packed the trailer for us. They were overall excellent, and I would certainly use them again!

Our two movers did a wonderful job. They arrived on time. They were dressed and ready to work. They were so enthusiastic, they were almost running to keep the pace up and finish our job on time. I was worried it might not fit. But with their experience and skill, they filled the truck with room to spare. Thank you for such a great job!

The two guy that came were on time, in fact they called to ask if they could come early. They came about one hour early and did a fantastic job of moving our heavy furniture that was upstairs all the way down and didn't even touch the wall in the process. They wrapped everything perfectly, worked the entire time and were completely organized. They packed our POD professionally and quickly. I only wish they were on the west coast so they could unload our stuff as well. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and courtesy of the workers. They took excellent care of my husbands' family heirloom furniture.

The workers were professional, fast and kind. I wish they could have stay longer. The only disappointment was that the special rate the company was offering was not in my area and the extra hour I paid for the service had to be used for the workers transporation fees. Over all the service was outstanding and I would recommend the company to my friends and family. Just double check the transporation fee for your area up front.

The movers were excellent; they came on time, worked through a couple of issues with getting large appliances through narrow doors. Very professional, working to get the job completed in the allotted time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
