They are not professional movers they had 6 hrs and could not complete the move. They only had to move furniture. They scratched up a lot of my furniture when I provided them with pads . Please save yourself some trouble and don't hire these guys . Horrible. Please investgate any one you use.

I was disappointed with how much stuff was ruined-I was watching as much a possible- they tried to hide what they broke. At 60 cents per lbs replacement it is not worth seeking reimbursement.Only, If you have no choice-would I use this service.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You will receive a phone call or text message the day before the move. The team leader will contact you the day of the move to let you know the expected arrival time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We ask for customer to have all boxes packed and ready. If tools are needed to disassemble furniture, please let us know ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
