Our first booking day was missing. I found the communication from them lacking. Never the less we did get a booking the following day. When they arrived the team was great. They worked hard and were completed on time. Very personable.
Although with the mishap on the first missed appointment concerned me I am glad I gave them a second chance I will certainly book them again for unloading of my Pod.

Although the packers came on time and were able to get everything I owned packed into the portable storage container, they broke one of my folding doors and neglected to tell me about it. I realized the door was broken when I tried to shut it later on that day. I attempted to get the door back on myself, and when I could not, I called the contact for this company requesting that he send someone out to put the door back on in that I felt is was their responsibility. Marcus refused and tried to help me put it on over the phone, which was not successful. He then asked me to take some photos of the door and send them to him so he could help me get it back on. As luck would have it, painters were coming by the next day who were going to have to take the doors off anyway. It appears that when the bumped the door, they broke an attachment or it was lost, because the door is still not on the glider correctly even though the painters put it back on. This door worked find before the packers came. Although I was very pleased with how Copperstate got all my stuff in the storage unit, the fact that they broke my door, didn't tell me and wouldn't come out to fix it later gave me a bad impression.
