We pride ourselves in having the best customer service. 2 man crew are always available and larger crews can be available with advance notice. The services we provide are pack/unpack, load/unload, and piano services. R&R has been operating since 2017. The combined years of experience on our average 2 men crew is anywhere between 15-26. I had a week and a half to pack everything up and move it to the other side of the country, in the middle of Covid-19 madness. Moving is already incredibly stressful, so, needless to say, my anxiety level was through the roof. The R&R guys immediately put me at ease. I could not have asked for a smoother experience. They fit everything into the trailer, and packed it so well that nothing even shifted on the drive from Washington DC to Nevada. I've had really bad experiences with movers in the DC area in the past, so I was pretty nervous, but I genuinely cannot say enough good things about them. I don't remember their names but want to thank them so much for making my move stress-free so I could focus on getting back to work.

They were on time, although I was late, they stopped nearby to give me a bit of time. They brought tools to put together furniture if needed and worked steadily till there was nothing left to move. They were careful with everything they moved and made certain everything was where I wanted it. I would use them again and recommend!

They did a great job. Their previous job ran a little long, but they made sure to reach out to let us know which was not a problem at all. They packed everything extremely well and quickly. We had a lot of stuff, but they made sure to accommodate and make space for everything so it was secured well in the truck. I would use them again! I would highly recommend you use them.

These guys were AMAZING!!! My boyfriend and I used them for loading two different apartments into one truck for a cross country move. They were quick, professional, and were absolute PROS at loading our rental truck! We feel that our stuff is safe and secure for the cross country drive and it is all thanks to them! Courtesy call reconfirming arrival times. punctual arrival, well dressed crews ready to tackle there tasks.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all materials necessary for the job that we are not providing. Have clear pathways. Having some type of organization would be highly appreciated.
What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance and local. Ubox and other storage containers. Oversea loading and unloading.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people, hearing their stories, and turning people houses in to homes. Just the satisfaction on the persons face when the move is over and it was an all-around success.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Currently just on the job training. Eventually will be sending them and attending myself to the AMSA training.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
