They were great! Worked with me as a constantly had to change /modify the job. They were very respectful and worked hard to complete job quickly and efficiently.
They were a pleasure to visit with as well!

The crew was on time, had the right equipment, they were efficient and worked very hard and were careful with everything…. Boxes and furniture. They placed almost 300 boxes in the right places and I’d definitely recommend this company.

Certified Moving called to advise they were running behind the morning of my move. I called once every hour and was repeatedly lied to and told they were on the way to my location when they were not. I called a fourth time to get an ETA and no one would answer my calls at that point. I rented a $150.00 rental truck for nothing. Do not use this company. I received a refund for the no call no show, but feel they should reimburse me for the rental truck as well. Do not use this company unless you have a strong plan B as a backup plan. Unreliable, dishonest and shady. What’s bad is they were highly recommended by my friends and coworkers. Save yourself the trouble and hire another moving company.

Were not quite on time, but they called ahead to let us know and stayed the whole 4 hours. They worked hard in the heat and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

The actual movers deserve 5 stars. They were great, careful with our items, worked quickly in awful heat. I would specifically hire those two movers again.

Whoever was in charge of scheduling did not let us know that they would not be here between 11-12 am. After noon rolled by we started calling and we’re told they would leave from Tulsa, a good hour plus away. So because of that, I don’t know I would use the service again.

Reckless and disorganized. All of our stuff did not fit in the Pod. They dropped and damaged multiple items.

We had scheduled two movers to help load a POD for 7/26. The previous week, we had this same company send two movers (Darius and Dimitry) to load a different POD and they provided excellent service. When I called on 7/25 to confirm the movers for 7/26, I specifically requested Darius and Dimitry to work with us again, as they did provide excellent service and took great care with our items and packed the POD very well. On 7/26, Gilbert arrived first, and I was shocked that he was there and not Darius and Dimitry. Trey showed up about 30 minutes late. I went through everything that the movers had to put into the POD, and pointed out to them that two 10-foot kayaks also had to go in the POD. These were not loaded at all and the POD was almost full. I explained to them what the people at PODS informed me - do not let anything touch the top of the POD as the PODS are stacked and breakage could occur - items were touching the ceiling, but Gilbert and Trey showed no concern. I also told Gilbert and Trey that we had to secure each section of the load. Almost from the beginning, it seemed as though both of them were tossing and dropping my boxes - many of which had fragile items in them. I packed my items well with lots of bubble and padding, but was becoming concerned as I watched them move boxes and other items to the POD. After a little bit, I went to another area of the house to continue packing and cleaning, then went out to my garage (where the POD was parked in front of) to place something out there in the garage. I needed to move the tea cart that Trey had placed in the garage area (from the kitchen) and found it to be wobbly. I thought maybe it was just sitting on uneven ground or had been placed on top of something, and when I looked down, the wheel of one leg was off, lying on its side, and the leg was cracked. This was a brand new tea cart and was NOT damaged prior to Trey moving it out of the kitchen. I became rather angry and asked my spouse to help me handle this situation as I was extremely upset. When my spouse said something to the movers, Gilbert ignored her, and Trey simply said "it was like that when I moved it." No, it wasn't. It was, as I stated, a brand new tea cart that I had only had for a few months and had been sitting in the same spot in my kitchen since I bought it. Trey was not willing to accept responsibility. I went into the house to check one of the rooms and see where they were with moving items, as I was also told that one room was completely loaded into the POD, so I wanted to double check. I went into this room and there were still well over 20 items still left to load - but I was told it had been completed. Trey walked into the room and said, "Oh yeah, I guess we still have things to get in here. What all goes again?" As I was telling him what still had to be loaded, I noticed that my vintage Coca-Cola Tiffany style glass lamp had it's shade off and on the floor. As it is a sentimental and expensive item, I carefully reached down to pick up the shade and found one of the glass panes was loose. Upon further examination, I saw that the shade had been broken off of the metal halo and was unable to be reattached. I immediately called the owner of the company and told him what happened. He was shocked, saying "I'm surprised to hear this, this doesn't make sense, my guys take good care with moving items." He asked me to send photos, which I did. I told him that I wanted Gilbert and Trey to stop and to leave my house and I wanted Darius and Dimitry to come finish the job. They showed up about 15 minutes later and spent some time talking to Gilbert and Trey. Darius and I spoke and he said that they (Darius and Dimitry) would supervise the job, but they really needed Gilbert and Trey to finish the job. I was not happy with this response, but felt a little assured that maybe my items would be handled with better care. About 10 minutes later, I was in the garage, watching them move more items into the POD, and Trey walked past a sewing table that had two rather expensive warming trays (in boxes) stacked on top. As he walked past, he knocked both of the boxes over onto the ground. One of the boxes fell on top of a sewing machine, the other to the ground. As he was picking them up, he looked at me to see if I was watching, and after that, I spoke to Gilbert and Darius and told them both that Trey is careless and I really was uncomfortable with him moving items at all any longer. Even though I stated my discomfort, Trey continued to move items out of my house. I went over the the boxes of warming trays and took one inside to plug it in and see if it worked - and it no longer works. I once again became extremely angry. I KNOW the way my tea cart got broken was because he was simply careless.
If you use this company - request Darius and Dimitry. If Trey and Gilbert show up, refuse their service.
