How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Boxes, boxes, boxes! The more the customer can box up all the small items, the better. If they can take apart beds and disconnect appliances, that saves time. If there's any parking issues, low tree branches, snow and ice removed, or anything else that might prevent our truck from getting to the house, that should be taken care of beforehand.
