Save yourself moving anxiety and book this group! Quinten and his crew get the work done! We've used them for a couple different moves and we were extremely impressed each time! Hard working, quick, mannerly, conscious of my property. They actually listened to us when we asked them to move certain items or load the truck in a particular way. We had to use four different moving companies due to the complexity of our move. We hired In & Out for our final move, and couldn’t be happier. I wish we had found them sooner. They showed up on time, were courteous, and took extreme care with our belongings.

It has taken me awhile to write this review since i have had many personal issued to deal with after my move. The helpers who helped me load my moving truck were very friendly, professional, and helpful but it was their boss who tried to harass me for payment of more hours and gave the wrong information about me to her helpers and the owner of Hire a Helper; i didn't like being harassed and i tried to resolve the issue with the owner and she yelled at me when i told her she was sarcastic over the phone; I had to deal with the manager of Hire A Helper to resolve the issue. And at the end after they were paid, the owner of In and Out tried to give me religious statements over the phone; that did not sit well with me; don't force your religion on someone else. I won't be using this company because of my experience.
It is unfortunate that you stated these things about our company even after we spoke to you and the HireAHelper Representative. You were unable to pay for the extra time right then and were going to have to pay it out. I (the owner and who you spoke with) decided to just waive the extra time and merely said God Bless and that we would be praying for you. We wish you many blessings.

Would highly recommend them for moving services. The guys were polite, asked questions about my belongings, and made sure that I was comfortable with everything they did. They loaded the truck with care, and efficiency. No damage to any of my things in the process, and they even helped take a few large items to the dumpster before they headed out.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will make contact via email and by phone. Then communicate throughout the entire process. We are flexible, because we know moving plans change.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We contact approximately 30 mins prior to arrival, bring various types of dollies and tools needed to complete the job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have truck set and ready to go the day of, be packed and ready for the crew to load, lay down plastic or paper to protect carpets, call if any issues arise, and just breathe! We are here to help.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled over 1,500 moves of all varieties in our first year of business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It is very rewarding knowing that you helped someone and removed some of the worry/stress off of them in the process.
What training do you provide your crew members?
The best form of training is hands on. We have our newbies watch videos ahead of time and then run for at least 60 days with a tenured employee.
