Joe and his helper arrived within the timeframe, and in fact very close to the beginning of the time window. He called me when he was 20 minutes away to confirm the address and let me know he was coming. This was a relatively small job - moving the contents of my storage unit into a 1-800 PackRat container for a cross country move. They did an awesome job! There was only enough stuff to fill about a third of the container (unfortunately I could not get a smaller container). Joe did an awesome job of packing it, helped me to finish packing some art etc. We were a little concerned that there was not enough stuff in the container to keep it all in one place for the trip, but when I opened the container when it arrived (yes three weeks after it was packed) everything was in its place!!!!
They were well prepared -- they had wrapping plastic, they handled everything with care and respect, were pleasant.

I literally couldn't believe that Joe and his help could load so fast and efficiently. They were here when they said they would be and were friendly and courteous and we were loaded and done and hassle-free in no time. I only wish I could have Joe when I unload in California.

Friendly, professional guys. Arrived 10 minutes early (!) and helped me back my Budget truck into an awkward driveway. I had about two-thirds of a 16' truck, which two guys finished in a little over an hour and 15 minutes. We had trouble fitting several pieces of my furniture up an angled staircase, and ultimately they weren't able to re-write the laws of physics, but they did try several times, which I appreciate. (They were even pretty chill as I had a minor freak-out about the furniture not fitting up the staircase.) I deducted one star (maybe just half a star) as I did have one gripe, and it's that they were a bit rough with some of my larger furniture and they removed the protective plastic wrap on my (really quite expensive) furniture pieces in the truck before moving them upstairs. I understand that it's easier to handle without the plastic wrap, but some pieces did acquire a few scuffs as a result. Is it a big deal? Not really, but there was a reason I wrapped up the furniture in the first place. Overall, I was happy with the work they did, and they were fast and professional, but I wish they'd been a little gentler with my furniture.

They were on time and prepared. They were awesome! I would definitively use them again. Very well mannered and respectful. They moved a dresser for me three times as we didn't know where to place it in the room.
